Good vitamins, fast shipping

I ordered some multivitamins and Vitamin C from Pakuranga Pharmacy last week. The website was easy to navigate and I found what I needed quickly. Shipping was surprisingly fast, took only 3 days to reach my place in Wellington. The packaging was secure, and the bottles arrived in perfect condition. I haven't used their support, so can't comment on that, but overall it was a smooth transaction.

Awesome eczema cream!

Got some eczema cream for my son and it's fantastic! The ordering was so simple and it arrived super fast. I'm definitely shopping here again, this stuff really works!

Decent prices, reliable service

I purchased some paracetamol and a thermometer. Prices were competitive, not the absolute cheapest but fair. Delivery took about 4 business days to Auckland, which was acceptable. Everything arrived well-packed. My only small gripe is the search function on their site could be a bit more robust; I had to try a couple of different keywords to find the thermometer I wanted. Overall, a solid experience and I'd use them again for basic pharmacy needs.

how fast is delivery to Christchurch? need some antihistamines pretty quick cause my allergies are going nuts.

L Lisa 1 month ago
From Auckland to Chch usually takes a few business days. I'd say 2-4 days, maybe a bit longer if you order on a Friday.

Mine arrived in three days to Dunedin last time, so Christchurch should be similar. They're usually pretty good with getting stuff out fast.

Anyone know how Pakuranga Pharmacy compares to Chemist Warehouse prices? Just trying to figure out where to get my regular stuff.

K Kevin 1 month ago
Chemist Warehouse can be cheaper for some really common stuff, especially if they have a big sale. But Pakuranga often has better deals on certain brands or if you're buying a few different things with their bundle offers. Worth checking both.

It really depends on what you're buying. For prescriptions, I find Pakuranga easier to deal with online. For general health products, sometimes CW has super low prices, but Pakuranga's sales can be really good too, especially for vitamins.

hey, trying to order some cold medicine. is there usually a first order discount or something for new customers?

S Sam Okafor 1 month ago
Yeah I got one when I first signed up for their newsletter a while back. It was like 10% or 15% off I think. Just pop your email in.

They do sometimes, but it's usually tied to signing up for their emails. Worth a shot though, saves a few bucks.

Are the prices on their website the same as if I walked into the physical store? Just wondering if I should bother driving there.

P Priya 2 months ago
For most stuff, yeah, pretty much. Sometimes online deals are exclusive though, especially for certain vitamins or skincare. But general meds, usually the same.

I think they try to keep them consistent, but I've seen some online promotions that weren't in store. So if there's a specific sale item you want, probably best to check online.

planning to buy a bunch of vitamins, what's their return policy like if I change my mind or something arrives damaged?

M Mike Walsh 2 months ago
Returns for non-medical stuff are usually fine if it's unopened. I returned some skincare once, it was pretty straightforward, just had to pay for shipping back.

They're pretty standard with returns. If it's a 'medical supply' or something like that, you might have issues, but for vitamins, you should be okay as long as you haven't opened them. Check their site for the exact wording though.
